1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and v666bet (hereinafter "v666bet", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the v666bet online gaming platform available at v666bet.app and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.

By accessing the v666bet platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the v666bet platform.

These Terms must be read together with v666bet's Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy available at Responsible Gaming, and any specific game rules, promotional terms, or supplementary agreements that may apply to particular features of the v666bet platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary agreement, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary agreement expressly states otherwise.

v666bet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly indicated. v666bet will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of v666bet following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account Balance" means the total withdrawable funds held in a player's v666bet account, excluding bonus funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin credit, or matched deposit bonus awarded to a player's account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be staked on eligible games before bonus funds convert to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which v666bet accounts are denominated for players in Bangladesh.
• "Verified Account" means an account where the player has successfully completed identity verification by submitting acceptable documentation to v666bet's compliance team.
• "Platform" means the v666bet website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming, sportsbook, and cashier services.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

When registering a v666bet account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid, active email address that you control and check regularly.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• Your country of residence (Bangladesh for the purposes of this platform).
• A secure password of your own choosing that is not used on any other online service.
• A valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, which may be used for account verification and security alerts.

You agree to keep your registration information up to date. If any information changes — including your email address or mobile number — you must update your account profile promptly. v666bet accepts no liability for failed communications, missed withdrawal instructions, or account access issues arising from outdated contact details.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) v666bet account at any time. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or same mobile number — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. v666bet employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, v666bet reserves the right to:

• Merge or permanently close all duplicate accounts.
• Confiscate any winnings, bonus funds, or balance held across duplicate accounts.
• Permanently ban the player from the v666bet platform without further notice.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

v666bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents at any of the following stages:

• Upon registering a new account.
• Before processing your first withdrawal.
• When your cumulative withdrawals exceed a threshold determined by v666bet's compliance team.
• At any time v666bet has reasonable grounds to verify your identity, age, or source of funds.

Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. v666bet may also request a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. Until KYC verification is completed to v666bet's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be held pending. v666bet is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing where the delay results from a player's failure to provide requested documentation promptly.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

By registering a v666bet account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. v666bet takes its age restriction obligations seriously and enforces age verification at the account creation, deposit, and withdrawal stages. v666bet's KYC process includes date-of-birth verification against government-issued identification.

3.1 Eligibility Criteria

In addition to meeting the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain a v666bet account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where your use of v666bet would constitute a criminal offence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of v666bet or any of its affiliated entities, game studios, or payment partners.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person when registering or using your v666bet account.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from v666bet or any other gambling platform.

3.2 Underage Gambling Prevention

v666bet strongly encourages parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. If you suspect that a minor has accessed v666bet using an account that does not belong to them, please contact [email protected] immediately. v666bet will investigate and take appropriate action, including account suspension, within 24 hours of a credible report.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on v666bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). v666bet supports a range of payment methods commonly used by players across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and bank transfer via City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit on v666bet is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though v666bet's compliance team may request source-of-funds documentation for unusually large deposits.
• Deposits are credited to your v666bet account balance in real time or within a few minutes of transaction confirmation by the payment provider.
• v666bet does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your mobile financial service (MFS) provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Depositing from a third-party payment account — including accounts belonging to family members — is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit.
• All deposits must come from legitimate sources. v666bet does not accept funds derived from illegal activity. Deposits suspected to originate from criminal proceeds will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account permanently closed.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount on v666bet is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method and account used for the player's most recent deposit, wherever technically supported. If the same method cannot be used, v666bet will contact the player to arrange an alternative.
• Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for amounts under ৳20,000 are processed within five minutes of approval. Larger withdrawals or those requiring additional compliance review may take up to 24 hours.
• v666bet reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until all required documentation is received and verified.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being removed and only the real-money balance being released.
• v666bet reserves the right to apply a 48-hour cooling-off period to first withdrawals from newly registered accounts as part of its fraud prevention processes.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

v666bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited in BDT to your v666bet bonus balance, which is tracked separately from your real-money balance.
• Each bonus offer states a minimum deposit requirement, a bonus percentage or fixed credit amount, a wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x), an expiry date by which wagering must be completed, and the eligible games or markets on which wagering counts.
• Wagering on sports markets with odds below 1.5 does not count towards sports bonus clearance unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering on live dealer table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%) towards casino bonus clearance unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• If a bonus expires before its wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it are forfeited automatically. The player's real-money balance is not affected.
• v666bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to a player opting in. Bonuses already credited to a player's account remain valid until their stated expiry date unless the account is suspended for a Terms violation.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

v666bet actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses across duplicate accounts, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome while meeting wagering requirements (known as "matched betting" or "arbitrage"), and systematically exploiting game mechanics to generate bonus-funded winnings without genuine gameplay risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, v666bet reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend the account without prior notice.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of your continued access to v666bet, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment and to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on v666bet:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or source of funds at any stage.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, data-scraping tools, or any automated software to interact with the v666bet platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other players or the house.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in card games, sports markets, or any other competitive element of the platform.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access, probe, or exploit any area of the v666bet platform that you are not authorised to access, including administration panels, other players' accounts, or the platform's underlying infrastructure.
• Money Laundering: Using v666bet to launder, transfer, or conceal the proceeds of illegal activity. v666bet has a zero-tolerance policy on money laundering and cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement agencies.
• Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider for deposits made to your v666bet account. Any account subject to a chargeback will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and the chargeback amount will be deducted from the account balance.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory language at v666bet support staff, other players, or any representative of the platform via any communication channel.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension. v666bet reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies where unlawful conduct has caused loss to the platform or to other players.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by v666bet

v666bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Identity verification documents submitted are found to be forged, altered, or otherwise fraudulent.
• The account has been used in breach of any provision of these Terms.
• v666bet has reasonable grounds to suspect the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• The account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• A legal authority or regulatory body has directed v666bet to suspend or close the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in the account will be frozen until the investigation is resolved. Where the investigation confirms a Terms violation, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your v666bet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] with a written closure request from your registered email address. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your nominated payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Real-money balances will be returned in full to your registered payment method within five business days.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling has become a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion via the Responsible Gaming section of Account Settings or by contacting [email protected]. 7.4 Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. v666bet will notify the account holder by email prior to applying the dormant account policy. A monthly administration fee of ৳150 will be deducted from the dormant account balance until either the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time simply by logging in. There are no reactivation fees beyond the administration charges already applied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v666bet's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to v666bet in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

v666bet shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any of the following categories of loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of opportunity or loss of goodwill.
• Indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information published on the v666bet platform, including game rules, odds displays, or promotional communications, where that information contained a technical error.
• Any loss arising from service interruptions, platform downtime, game freezes, disconnections, or other technical failures beyond v666bet's reasonable control.

8.1 Force Majeure

v666bet shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, government actions, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or disruptions to the services of third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

8.2 Intellectual Property

All content on the v666bet platform — including but not limited to the v666bet brand name and logo, game graphics and animations provided by licensed studios, website design elements, marketing copy, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of v666bet or its licensed suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any v666bet content without prior written permission.

8.3 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to v666bet's operational jurisdiction. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by v666bet's customer support team should be escalated in writing to [email protected] for formal review. v666bet will acknowledge formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through this internal process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of v666bet's operational jurisdiction.

8.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and v666bet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
